Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At Antivirus Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell digital software licenses, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the license key has not been activated or redeemed. Once a license key has been activated on any device, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@antivirusdeals.com or call +1 860-300-3454. Include the following information in your request:

• Your order number or transaction ID
• The email address used during purchase
• The product name and reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• License keys that have already been activated or redeemed
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products where the customer has violated the terms of use of the software
• Subscription renewals that have already been processed by the software vendor

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to switch to a different product, please request a refund for the original purchase (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a license key that is invalid, already used, or defective in any way, please contact us immediately. We will either provide a replacement key or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Defective product claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended and future purchases being declined.
